We do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please reach out 3 days before your scheduled booking to reschedule for a date that fits your needs. If you have any problems with your appointment, please contact us within 3 days after your scheduled booking.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, orders are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. Therefore, all items are final sale. Hiccups happen, if you received the wrong product please let us know.
Our processing time for all orders is 3 to 10 business days. Not including holidays. We ship on Tuesday and Thursday. All orders are shipped through USPS Priority. Tracking information is sent via email based on what is provided at check out.
What if my package is damaged or lost?
Healing Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We have no control over packages after handing your shipment to our mail carriers. Contact USPS.
If a product arrives broken or damaged upon arrival please send us an email within 4 business days.
