Shadow work is the process of exploring your dark side, or the parts of yourself that you typically shame and suppress. It’s the work of integrating your shadow into your conscious self, and it can be a very powerful tool for personal growth. ​ In this session I will go over triggers, shadow work or any trauma's that need your healing and channel guidance from your Spirit team on how to cope in ways that benefit your highest self.
